Everything from the training programme to the meal plan has been calibrated to the gram to ensure the best possible success on this programme, which is why I can only open it up to 10 PEOPLE MAX.

Workout Plan.

Over the 8 weeks you will train SMART. This will include a mix of Strength & Conditioning, conditioning workouts and mobility classes to bulletproof your body into becoming the best version it can be.  

Nutrition Plan.

It’s time to break those bad eating habits and start building healthy ones. Your nutrition plan will be calibrated to the gram to help you see the quickest amount of results in the shortest period of time. 

Mindset Coaching.

In order to get your Athlete’s Advantage we must change your mindset from self doubt into self belief. This change will come from your growth on the ELEV8 programme across the 8 weeks.

Community.

There are just 10 places on ELEV8 for the sole reason of helping you build your network with a small group of people who are equally as dedicated to achieving their goals as you are.

Your will be personally trained by myself and leading coach, Pearse, over the 8 weeks. This isn’t fluffy ‘lets chat about TV dramas’ kind of coaching… this is elite level coaching for elite level athletes-to-be.

ELEV8 is an 8 week intensive weight loss and conditioning programme, designed to get you maximum results in minimum time. Given it's intensive nature, this programme is NOT suited for beginners or people new to exercise. However if you are looking to see QUICK results then this could be the perfect programme for you!

Yes! Everything is calibrated to the gram to get maximum results. You will be told exactly what to eat and how much of it.

Unfortunately NOT! Look I love a pint as much as anyone else... but for the next 8 weeks I am asking for 100% compliance and commitment. If you are prepared to put down the drink for this length of time then this programme is not for you.

My guarantee to you is that by the end of the 8 weeks you will be in the best shape of your life - or your money back! It's IMPOSSIBLE to fail on this programme as it's been designed in a way to be FAIL PROOF.

Since starting out in the fitness industry over 10 years ago I’ve had the opportunity to work with Northern Ireland’s highest level athletes including international footballer  Liam Boyce, Carl Winchester, Caolan Boyd-Munce along with Crusaders FC, Linfield and Glentoran Football  Club.
